The Opacity Problem
In most systems, the relationship between taxpayer and state terminates at the point of payment. What happens next—which contracts are awarded, which ministries absorb the resources—is invisible to the contributor. Audits are retrospective, aggregate, and disconnected from the individual citizen whose labor finances the state.
The Transparency Solution
Traceability at the individual level. Before any public expenditure is executed, the system randomly assigns taxpayer contributions to specific budgetary items. Citizens receive detailed reports showing exactly where their money goes and hold the constitutional right to object to destinations that violate their conscience.
